That way, YOU're assured of being psychologically unprepared when there is no escape - which could be any minute now - from having to think clearly about the matter, at the same time that YOU will have to practically function in your own best interest, and the best interest of anyone else YOU care about. Almost guaranteeing a 'freak out' type personal episode, or incapacitating shocked stupor. 2. Prepare yourself by doing your 'homework', preferably with a group of like minded people, and accessing the available leading edge research, documentation, evidence, and personal experiences of credible, dedicated 'everyday' people, and professionals.
